Quality Management System certified according to ISO 9001:2015

In 2012 Flexocol began the process of adapting its organizational structure and implementation of new processes according to industry best practices . Following this trend, in early 2013 it began the project of adoption of the ISO 9001:2008 norms. This process resulted successfully in September 2013, having Flexocol received the Certificate of Compliance from TÜV Rheinlan.

The extent of Flexocol certification, renewed in 2015, is fully commited to its core business , “Design, development and production of technical rubber parts, rubber bonded to metal, extrusion of silicone and rubber profiles and covering of rolls for industry.”

Certification of Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ensures the understanding of customer needs, effective planning of work, the providing of appropriate training , equipment and the existence of documented information for the various work processes, monitoring of processes and products/services to clients , to promote continuous improvement of management processes .

The ISO 9001 family represents the international consensus for the implementation of good practices in quality management . It consists of standards and guidelines relating to quality management systems and support.

The company has defined the following Quality Policy:
– Fulfil the requirements and if possible exceed the expectations of customers and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our products, including moldings, rubber bonded to metal, rubber and silicone profiles, as well as roll covering;
– Ensure compliance with the implemented Quality Management System, with the objective of continuous improvement of its effectiveness and suitability of the services it provides;
– Promote the continuous development of its employees by providing them with the necessary training, resources and responsibilities to perform their duties according to the standard defined performance.
